If item you receive from La Peregrina has a manufacturing defect, or if there is an error in your order, we will gladly replace or exchange your items provided the following conditions are met:

1.       Exchanges for items of equal or greater value may be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  The exchange can only be done once (1). Please send your request via our Contact Us page before returning the product.

2.     Products must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all protective materials in place, labels and stickers affixed to the product (if applicable), and in the original shipping packaging including all accessories and documents (original receipt, Certificate of Pearl Identification & Grading, if any)

3.      We will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered in any way from its original condition.  Items cannot be returned if they have been worn, resized, engraved or altered in any way.

    All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by La Peregrina to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.  If the products do not meet QC standards, La Peregrina will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), La Peregrina will proceed with the applicable exchange.
